Collectively, Northern LGPS (NLGPS) represents one of the largest pools of pension fund capital in the UK. These assets are invested to fund the retirements of hundreds of thousands of beneficiaries who live both within the North and beyond. NLGPS will always act in accordance with the interests of those beneficiaries, and we want our Responsible Investment (RI) activities to make a positive contribution to our region.
Every quarter we will issue a report detailing the work we are doing to implement our Responsible Investment Policy to ensure that NLGPS is transparent about and accountable for its RI activities.
