Sera brings extensive experience spanning consultancy and senior operational leadership in asset management. Most recently, she served as Head of Alternative Assets Operations at Fidelity International, where she oversaw the global operational and financial architecture of the private markets business.
She has held both Non-Executive Director positions at FIL Investment Management (Luxembourg) and Executive Director positions at Fidelity Investment Services, with responsibility across FCA and CSSF regulatory frameworks, operational resilience and financial control.
